Portico (www.portico.org) is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Policy Press to preserve its online collection of three e-journals. Policy Press, located at the University of Bristol in the UK, is a leading social science publisher of books, reports, and journals on a wide range of subjects including: social policy and social welfare, family policy, social work, public policy, criminal justice, and housing and urban policy.
As part of its agreement with Portico, Policy Press will make an annual financial contribution to help support the work of the archive.
With the inclusion of Policy Press’ e-journals, over 10,000 e-journals and 27,000 e-books from 75 publishers on behalf of more than 2,000 societies and associations have now been entrusted to the Portico archive. A complete list of titles and participating publishers is available at www.portico.org.
