Royal Society of Medicine Press to archive journals with Portico

Portico is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with the Royal Society of Medicine Press to preserve its entire online journals collection of seventeen titles. RSM Press is the publishing arm of the Royal Society of Medicine, a long-established postgraduate medical society with a multi-disciplinary and multi-professional membership. RSM Press publishes books and journals for the medical professional and professionals working in related fields.

Through this agreement with Portico, the RSM Press ensures that its online journal collection will be preserved and available for future practitioners, scholars, researchers and students. RSM Press has also agreed to make an annual financial contribution to Portico and has designated the Archive as an official delivery platform for post-cancellation access claims.

With the inclusion of the RSM Press publications, over 7,300 titles have now been entrusted to the Portico archive.
