Annual Reviews and Portico sign archiving agreement

Portico is pleased to welcome Annual Reviews as its newest publisher participant. Annual Reviews has signed a formal journal archive agreement with Portico to preserve its collection of critical reviews. Founded in 1932, Annual Reviews is a nonprofit publisher that provides a useful and intelligent synthesis of the primary research literature published in thirty-two disciplines across the biological, physical, and social sciences.

Through this archiving agreement with Portico, Annual Reviews makes certain its entire collection of thirty-two yearly critical reviews is preserved for future scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students.

Annual Reviews has also agreed to make an annual financial contribution to support Portico’s ongoing operations.

With the inclusion of publications from Annual Reviews, nearly 3,500 titles have now been entrusted to the Portico archive. The list of participating publishers is available at http://portico.org/about/part_publishers.html.
