Portico to archive The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery - American Volume

Portico is pleased to announce The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS®) as its newest publisher participant. The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation whose flagship journal is the official scientific publication of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. JBJS® articles are peer-reviewed and cover all musculoskeletal surgery and adult reconstructive surgery, pediatric orthopaedic conditions, and basic science of clinical relevance to orthopaedic surgery.

Through this agreement with Portico, the current and back file issues of The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery - American Volume will be preserved for future scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students.

In addition, JBJS® has agreed to make an annual financial contribution to support Portico's ongoing operations and has designated Portico as an official delivery platform for post-cancellation access claims.

With the inclusion of The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery - American Volume , over 3,700 titles have now been entrusted to the Portico archive. The list of participating publishers is available at http://portico.org/about/part_publishers.html.
