A group of digital preservation institutions, libraries, and university presses have been working together on a Mellon-funded project to investigate the preservability of enhanced digital scholarly books. At the recent CNI session “Preservation of New Forms of Scholarship,” Karen Hanson, Senior Research Developer at Portico, joined panelists from New York University, the University of Michigan, and Stanford University to discuss guidelines for creating enhanced monographs that are more likely to be preservable, as well as other related issues.

The recorded session is available to view on CNI’s website.
