Portico is sponsoring registration for underrepresented students and first-time attendees at the iPRES conference in September 2018, co-hosted by Harvard Library and MIT Libraries. Visit us at this year’s Code4Lib conference in Washington, D.C.! Portico will be presenting a poster called “Head in the cloud, or feet on the ground? Making preservation hardware platform choices.” You will learn about: A two-year project to develop the next-generation architecture for the Portico archive of e-journals, e-books, and other electronic scholarly content was the occasion for Portico staff to step back and consider, not just what that architecture should be, but also where it should be.
