Portico access alert: Titles from BMJ and Morgan & Claypool

Portico is now providing access to the following content: BMJ Open Science, a journal published by BMJ Publishing Group, covered the whole range of preclinical and translational biomedical research and meta-research. This journal has ceased publication as of January 2023 and will no longer be available from the publisher. Portico now hosts the content from 13 ebook series in the Colloquium Digital Library of the Life Sciences, published by Morgan & Claypool. 45 publishers, including 41 Open Access, join Portico

Portico recently reached a milestone of 1,000 publisher participants, and we continue to welcome new content providers to the archive. Forty-five publishers have joined Portico so far in 2022 alone. Applications now open for iPres 2022 sponsored participation

Portico is pleased to support the participation of iPres 2022 conference attendees from underrepresented or low/middle-income countries. Hosted by the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC), iPres is the longest-running conference series on digital preservation. Portico has passed an important milestone and now has more than 1,000 participating publishers who, along with more than 1,000 participating libraries, allow us to meet our mission of ensuring that scholarly content remains usable, authentic, discoverable, and accessible.
